The transformation
Complete electrical design and rewiring of a 1930s house: a new distribution board, safe circuits, smart lighting and a certified installation (AREI/RGIE).
The original installation was unsafe and would never pass inspection. We designed a new electrical plan room by room - circuits, sockets, lighting scenes, data and EV-charger preparation - and coordinated the rewiring with minimal damage to the original plasterwork.
The result: a clean technical room, a fully documented distribution board and a house that is ready for the next 50 years.
