The transformation
Plumbing and heating project for a family house: a heat pump, a new hot-water system and a fully redesigned water and heating distribution.
A 40-year-old oil boiler, leaking pipes and no documentation. We drew a new plumbing and heating scheme, sized the heat pump and the domestic hot-water tank, and replaced every pipe with insulated, labelled lines and a modern manifold for the underfloor heating.
Energy bills dropped by more than half - and the cellar became a room you are happy to show.
