The transformation
Renovation of a bel-étage house: a load-bearing wall replaced by a steel beam to create one large living, dining and kitchen space.
Three small dark rooms on the ground floor became one generous space. Our structural design, the steel beam and the permit file were handled in-house, together with new floors, lighting and a garden-facing kitchen.
